• You did not receive the book within 24 hours, and
• You contacted us with a valid screenshot and phone number.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Our team will verify the issue and:
• Re-send the book if not delivered
• Or process a refund within 3–5 business days if delivery failed

4. Razorpay Disputes

• Before raising a dispute through your bank or Razorpay, please contact us for resolution.
• Most issues are resolved quickly through our support.

5. Cancellation

• Since this is a one-time downloadable product, cancellations are not allowed after successful payment.
